Submit a Project
The projects Department of the IHRC would like to inform you that the submission of new project proposals is closed until further notice.
The IHRC will focus on reviewing the records submitted to date and give decisions in a timely manner to all project leaders.
In the case of an extension of the mandate of the IHRC beyond October 21 — currently under discussion and negotiations between Parliament and the Government — we will invite bidders to submit proposals as early as November, through a call for proposals specific to the eight priority areas of reconstruction for which the IHRC is mandated. At this stage, only project re submissions are still accepted through the website until midnight September 20th. Thank you for submitting your concept note directly on the site of the IHRC via our online form.
Existing projects can still be sent for information to address projects@cirh.ht with the reference PR — Project Name. Progress reports of ongoing projects can also be sent to this address.
